Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Property Consultant to join our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local property market, proven sales experience, and excellent communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and expand a client portfolio of buyers, sellers, and investors
• Conduct property viewings and negotiations with potential clients
• Handle inquiries from company-provided leads and personal networks
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai real estate trends and regulations
• Collaborate with the marketing and admin team for listings and promotions
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Real Estate Broker/Consultant in Dubai
✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✅ Excellent spoken and written English (other languages a plus)
✅ Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
✅ RERA certification preferred (can be obtained after joining)
✅ Highly motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented
