Senior Property Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and professional Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, driven, and passionate about helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. This role involves generating leads, guiding clients through transactions, and building long-term relationships within the community.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and/or commercial properties
• Conduct property showings, open houses, and market tours
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation
• Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, contracts, and closing documents
• Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, attorneys, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions
• Stay informed on local real estate market trends and industry regulations
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions

Requirements

• Active real estate license or ability to obtain one
• Proven sales, negotiation, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable using real estate software, CRM tools, and online listing platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a real estate agent or in sales
• Knowledge of local real estate market and neighborhoods
• Existing client base or strong networking skills
