Property Consultant

We are hiring experienced Property Consultants to join our growing team at Viona Properties. If you are driven, confident, and passionate about Dubai real estate, this is your chance to work with a company that values results, teamwork, and excellence.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle property listings, client viewings, and market evaluations for residential and commercial properties.
• Advise clients on pricing, market conditions, legal aspects, and investment opportunities.
• Negotiate and close sales and leasing deals while ensuring the best outcome for clients.
• Manage the full process from inquiry to closing and handover.
• Stay updated on Dubai market trends, community insights, and RERA regulations.
• Coordinate with owners, developers, and agents to support successful transactions.
• Prepare accurate documentation, marketing content, and listings.
• Represent Viona Properties at viewings, exhibitions, and events.
• Meet monthly and quarterly targets as set by management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of Dubai real estate, communities, pricing, and investment trends.
• Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Leadership mindset with the ability to guide junior agents when needed.
• Well connected with clients, developers, and property owners.
• RERA certified or willing to obtain certification immediately.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
• Fluent in English. Arabic or other languages is a bonus.
• Professional appearance, strong work ethics, and a results driven mindset.
• Self motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
