Role Description

We are hiring Senior Property Consultants with 8 - 10+ years of proven experience in the Dubai real estate market to join our growing team at Viona Properties. This role is strictly for experienced, high-performing agents who consistently close deals, manage key clients, and understand the market at an expert level.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage high-value residential and commercial property listings
• Conduct client meetings, property viewings, and market evaluations
• Advise clients on pricing strategies, market conditions, legal procedures, and investment opportunities
• Negotiate and successfully close sales and leasing transactions
• Handle the full transaction lifecycle from inquiry to handover
• Maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and key stakeholders
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends, community insights, and RERA regulations
• Prepare accurate documentation, listings, and marketing content
• Represent Viona Properties professionally at viewings, exhibitions, and industry events
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
• Support and guide junior agents when required

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Property Consultant in Dubai
• Strong and proven track record of closed sales and leasing transactions
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai communities, pricing, and investment trends
• Well-connected with clients, developers, and property owners
• Senior-level mindset with leadership and mentoring capability
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages are a plus)
• Professional appearance with strong work ethics
• Highly self-motivated and able to work independently
