This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant based in Karachi. The Senior Property Consultant will manage property transactions, engage in sales activities, and provide expert advice to clients. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, guiding them through property investment decisions, and identifying new business opportunities in the real estate market to achieve sales targets.

• Strong Consulting and Real Estate knowledge, with proven experience in property transactions
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Proven track record in Sales and ability to meet and exceed targets
• Ability to effectively analyze market trends and provide expert advice to clients
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Proficiency in relevant technology and software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate,
