Senior Proposal Engineer

We’re Hiring: Senior Proposal Engineer

WETICO is looking for an experienced Senior Proposal Engineer to join our Commercial team. If you have a strong background in proposal engineering and water or wastewater treatment projects, we’d like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage engineering and proposal deliverables in line with tender schedules

• Prepare technical clarifications and coordinate with clients, partners, and internal teams

• Develop and review process design calculations, drawings, and system layouts

• Support vendor RFQs, technical evaluations, and costing activities

• Contribute to technical and commercial proposal documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline

• 6–10 years of experience in proposal engineering, tendering, or EPC project development

• Knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes

• Strong coordination, analytical, and technical writing skills

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
