The Senior PR Executive supports the development and execution of PR and communication activities across for El Gouna. The role requires strong writing skills, solid project management capabilities, and the ability to coordinate effectively with PR agencies, media, influencers, partners, and internal stakeholders. The Senior PR Executive ensures smooth delivery of day-to-day PR operations, media engagement, campaign logistics, content development, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Communications & PR Execution

Support the implementation of PR and communication plans for El Gouna and its key campaigns.

Draft and edit high-quality content, including press releases, briefs, media invitations, talking points, bios, and key messages.

Coordinate closely with the PR agency on deliverables, timelines, and campaign execution.
2. Project Coordination

Manage daily project workflows, schedules, and progress tracking across PR campaigns and events.

Coordinate logistics for media visits, influencer trips, interviews, and on-ground PR operations.

Support budget tracking, vendor coordination, purchase orders, and processing of PR-related documentation.

Ensure all PR activities adhere to brand guidelines and communication frameworks.
3. Stakeholder Engagement

Maintain strong working relationships with PR agencies, media outlets, influencers, and partners.

Support in coordination with external stakeholders to ensure smooth alignment.

Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, events, digital) to ensure message consistency and integrated execution.
4. Content & Asset Development

Draft, review, and coordinate communication assets (PR materials, messaging documents, campaign summaries, event briefs).

Work with designers, videographers, and agencies to support production of visual and multimedia assets.

Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all PR deliverables.
5. Event & Activation Support

Assist in organizing PR elements of events, launches, media roundtables, influencer activations, and campaigns.

Coordinate press attendance, manage on-site logistics, and handle media needs during events.

Track event-related coverage and consolidate into reports.
6. Monitoring & Reporting

Monitor media coverage, track PR performance, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

Analyze coverage quality and identify opportunities to enhance visibility.

Maintain organized documentation including media lists, coverage logs, and PR asset libraries.
Qualifications & Skills

3–5 years of experience in public relations, communications, media, or a related field.

Strong writing and editing skills in English and Arabic, especially for press releases and PR materials.

Experience coordinating with PR agencies and managing media/influencer relationships.

Solid project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage tight timelines.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for budget tracking and reporting.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Familiarity with media monitoring tools and digital communication platforms.

Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Political Science, or Integrated Marketing Communication is preferred.
