Senior Purchase Executive

We are seeking an experienced Senior Purchase Executive to manage and optimize procurement activities for our organization in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of procurement experience, with strong exposure to the automotive industry highly preferred. This role is critical in ensuring cost-effective sourcing, supplier reliability, and timely availability of materials while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, negotiation, purchasing, and supplier performance management
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers, particularly within the automotive sector
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing and negotiation without compromising quality
• Prepare and evaluate RFQs, RFPs, and purchase orders in line with company policies
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to ensure uninterrupted supply
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, company procurement policies, and ethical sourcing standards
• Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and pricing structures to support informed purchasing decisions
• Resolve supplier-related issues such as delivery delays, quality concerns, and pricing discrepancies
• Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and documentation
• Support management with procurement reports, forecasts, and spend analysis

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts, components, suppliers, and supply chain dynamics
• Proven negotiation skills with a track record of cost optimization
• Experience working with ERP systems and procurement software
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
