Urgent Hiring | Senior Purchase Executive

We are hiring a Senior Purchase Executive for our Real Estate / Construction projects. Candidates must have strong hands-on experience in construction material procurement and project-based purchasing.

Position Details:

Designation: Senior Purchase Executive
Industry: Real Estate / Construction
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Location: Newtown, Kolkata
CTC: Up to 4.2 LPA (Negotiable for the right candidate)
Salary- Upto 36000 in hand (Negotiable for the right candidate)
Joining: Immediate joiners only (Max 15 days)

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end procurement of construction materials (cement, steel, fittings, MEP items, etc.)
• Vendor identification, negotiation, rate finalization & PO issuance
• Coordination with site, project & accounts teams
• Cost control and ensuring adherence to project timelines
• Strong understanding of local vendors and prevailing market rates

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in Real Estate / Construction procurement
• Strong negotiation & vendor management skills
• Ability to handle project-based purchasing independently
