Senior Purchase Manager

Job Responsibility

To oversee complete purchase function of the company right from sourcing to final purchase.

To ensure timely and cost effective sourcing of materials.

To focus on new vendor development to facilitate timely sourcing of material.

To negotiate pricing and labour contracts for cost effective purchasing.

To finalise and create approved vendors for building maintenance such as plumbers/ Mason/ furniture etc.

Maintain strong relationships with domestic and international vendors to ensure quality and on- time delivery.

Forecast demand and ensure optimal inventory levels for all raw material.

Monitor raw material availability and proactively resolve supply disruptions.

To ensure proper purchase orders duly approved before order placing.

To manage storage of all raw material and ensure all inventories are timely and accurately maintained in software/ physical.

To keep track of expiry and dead stock material.

To ensure proper traceability and location of storage of material.

To ensure complete store functions from indent to order.

Coordinate with logistics partners to manage inbond shipments.

To oversee inward quality check of raw material.

Identify opportunities to steamline operations, reduce cost and improve lead times.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
