Senior Python Backend Engineer

Required Skills & Experience:

● 3–5 years of proven experience in backend development.

● Strong programming skills in Python with hands-on experience in Flask and FastAPI.

● Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and familiarity with design patterns.

● Proven experience building scalable architectures and working with microservices.

● Hands-on experience with ElasticSearch, Redis, RabbitMQ, MySQL, PostgreSQL.

● Experience in optimizing application performance and debugging production issues.

● Awareness of application security best practices (authentication, authorization, data encryption, secure APIs).

● Ability to mentor and lead junior engineers effectively.

● Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.

Nice to Have:

● Exposure to chatbot platforms, AI-powered services, or event-driven architectures.

● Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

● Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
