Senior Python Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer with a strong background in data analysis and API integration. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable solutions that process, analyze, and integrate data from diverse sources. This role requires a strong problem-solver who can work closely with data teams, product managers, and other engineers to deliver robust, high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain Python-based applications for data analysis, transformation, and automation.

· Design and implement API integrations (REST, GraphQL, SOAP, or custom APIs) for external/internal systems.

· Build and optimize data pipelines for efficient processing, cleansing, and transformation of large datasets.

· Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

· Ensure code quality, testing, and documentation follow best practices.

· Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance and reliability to ensure optimal operation.

· Contribute to architecture decisions and mentor junior developers

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 5+ years of professional experience in Python development.

· Strong experience with API design and integration (REST, GraphQL, etc.).

· Solid knowledge of data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy, etc.) and data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Plotly, or similar).

· Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).

· Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and API gateway services.

· Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including testing, CI/CD, and version control (Git).

· Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

· Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
