About the Role

We are hiring a Lead Python Developer to join our Generative AI team. This role involves designing and developing Python-based backend systems, integrating advanced AI models, and leading a team of developers to deliver scalable and efficient Gen AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Python development, FastAPI, and LLM fundamentals, along with hands-on experience implementing AI/ML integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Python-based applications for Generative AI solutions.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using FastAPI.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and data scientists to integrate machine learning models and Gen AI frameworks.
• Implement solutions using Prompt Engineering, OpenAI APIs, Cursor rules, and MCP configurations.
• Manage LLM configurations, fine-tuning, and automation frameworks.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and performance optimization.
• Provide technical mentorship and ensure adherence to best coding practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in backend or full-stack development using Python (Flask/Django/FastAPI).
• Strong understanding of FastAPI, API development, and asynchronous programming.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and automation frameworks preferred.
