Senior QA Engineer - AI-Powered Test Automation

Responsibilities

• Utilize AI-driven tools to accelerate and enhance test case design, execution, and maintenance for our product which integrates software and hardware (such as CCTV, Alarm Systems, Sensors etc.)
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts with the support of AI-assisted coding tools.
• Generate intelligent test data and edge case scenarios using generative AI.
• Apply AI tools to analyze logs, identify patterns, and assist with root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to integrate AI-enhanced testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Continuously evaluate and recommend new AI-based testing tools and practices.
• Maintain documentation of AI-assisted testing practices, ensuring reproducibility and transparency.
• Help drive the adoption of smart testing solutions across the QA team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
• Experience using or willingness to adopt AI tools for test automation and analysis.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks
• Familiarity with CI/CD environments and test integration pipelines
• Strong analytical skills, with an interest in exploring AI applications in QA workflows.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
