Senior QA Engineer Mobile App

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Android and iOS applications.
• Conduct both manual and automated testing to ensure app functionality, usability, and performance.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using issue-tracking tools such as JIRA or Trello.
• Collaborate with the development team to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
• Perform regression, smoke, and integration testing across different mobile devices and OS versions.
• Validate UI/UX consistency and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Conduct API testing and work with QA automation tools (e.g., Appium, Selenium, Postman).
• Analyze test results and provide detailed feedback to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve QA processes and testing efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, specifically in mobile application testing.
• Strong knowledge of Android and iOS platforms.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools like Appium, Selenium, or TestComplete.
• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger.
• Excellent understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Knowledge of performance and security testing for mobile apps.
• Familiarity with Firebase, Crashlytics, and TestFlight.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
