Senior QA Tester

We are looking for a Senior ]QA ]Tester with deep experience in eCommerce platforms , particularly in testing mobile applications, order-taking systems , and last-mile delivery workflows . The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining, executing, and improving testing strategies across the customer journey, from product discovery to delivery. ensuring flawless app functionality, optimal performance, and an exceptional end-user experience.

Responsibilities

• Manual testing for mobile (Android/iOS) and web apps.
• Proficient in API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Design and maintain automation scripts (Selenium/Appium/playwright).
• Integrate tests with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality.
• Understand business flows and edge cases across the entire eCommerce cycle.
  
  

Requirements

• 4+ years in ]QA (manual + automation).
• Strong experience with mobile & web testing.
• API testing skills (Postman/Newman).
• Good SQL knowledge for data validation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and Git.
• Good knowledge of Agile, SDLC/STLC.
• Prior experience in eCommerce or retail tech platforms is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with test automation tools, such as Appium, Selenium, or XCTest.
• Performance testing (JMeter).
• Experience with crash reporting and app monitoring tools (Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry, etc.).
