Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior QC Engineer with a strong MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) background to lead quality assurance and control activities across major projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in villa projects and data centers, ensuring compliance with international standards and UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement QA/QC plans, procedures, and inspection test plans (ITPs) for MEP works.
• Review and approve method statements, material submittals, and shop drawings.
• Conduct inspections and audits for MEP installations (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Monitor quality performance and prepare detailed reports for management and clients.
• Identify non-conformances and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients for quality-related approvals.
• Train and mentor junior QC engineers and inspectors.
• Ensure adherence to ISO standards, HSE requirements, and local regulations.
• Support internal and external audits and maintain accurate quality documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in QA/QC for MEP works.
• Proven experience in villa projects and data center MEP systems.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and international codes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and QA/QC documentation tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE experience preferred; valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
