We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Senior QC Officer to lead and strengthen quality control operations at our Hub Factory. The ideal candidate will ensure that all raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products meet company standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining compliance with ISO and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities (Job Description):
- Conduct physical, chemical, and performance testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods as per approved specifications.
- Ensure implementation and monitoring of Quality Control procedures in line with ISO 9001 standards.
- Supervise laboratory operations and ensure proper calibration of testing equipment and instruments.
- Review and approve batch manufacturing records and QC reports before product release.
- Investigate non-conformities, customer complaints, and quality deviations; recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain proper documentation of test results, COAs, MSDS, and quality records.
- Coordinate with Production, R&D, and Supply Chain departments to resolve quality-related issues.
- Monitor product stability and shelf-life studies where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory standards and safety guidelines.
- Train and mentor junior QC staff and lab technicians.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry / Applied Chemistry / Chemical Engineering or relevant field.
- Minimum 4–7 years of relevant experience in Quality Control within manufacturing (preferably lubricants, chemicals, paints, polymers, or industrial products).
- Strong knowledge of laboratory testing standards and quality systems.
- Sound understanding of ISO documentation and audit requirements.
- Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
