We are a growing real estate development and construction company specializing in high-quality residential designer projects.

Our focus is on delivering premium finishing standards, tight schedules, and zero-compromise quality.

We’re expanding our project team and looking for a hands-on Planning & QC Engineer who can own both timelines and finishing quality on site.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling project schedules while ensuring finishing works meet the highest quality standards.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on detail, coordination, and driving projects to successful handover.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage detailed project schedules for finishing worksMonitor progress vs. plan and take corrective actions

Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers

Develop look-ahead plans and weekly progress reportsImplement and maintain quality control procedures for residential finishing

Inspect workmanship (tiles, paint, carpentry, MEP finishes, fit-outs, etc.)

Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and standardsPrepare snag lists and follow up until closureSupport handover and final inspection processes

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

5+ years of experience in residential finishing projects

Strong experience in both planning and quality control

Solid knowledge of finishing materials and workmanship standards

Proficiency in planning tools

(Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar)

Strong site coordination and reporting skills

Detail-oriented with a quality-first mindsetAble to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
