Senior Quality Assurance Executive (Female)

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Quality Assurance Executive (Female) to join our call center team. This role is all about ensuring quality in every interaction (listening, guiding, and helping) our agents grow. You’ll play a key part in maintaining service excellence for our B2B estimation campaign (US market) by monitoring calls, providing actionable feedback, and ensuring we meet both client and company expectations.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound B2B calls to ensure quality standards are met.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to agents for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, internal policies, and performance standards.
• Prepare daily and weekly QA reports, highlighting key insights and improvement areas.
• Collaborate with team leads, floor managers, and department heads to maintain strong performance benchmarks.
