Senior Quality Manager

JASARA PMC, a leading organization dedicated to the delivery of Social Infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to join their esteemed team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all projects meet the highest quality standards and align with organizational goals.

As the Senior Quality Manager, you will play a critical role in establishing quality management systems, overseeing quality control processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Quality Management Plan (QMP) for all projects.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with project teams and contractors to identify and rectify quality-related issues.
• Lead the development of quality improvement initiatives that enhance project outcomes.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality management principles and compliance.
• Document and report quality metrics to senior management and stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in quality management in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects and teams.
• In-depth knowledge of quality assurance and control methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with relevant quality management standards and certifications.
• Flexibility to travel to various sites across Saudi Arabia as required.
