Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consultancy and proven experience managing high-rise construction projects. You will be responsible for cost planning, contract administration, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation for high-rise projects.
• Conduct cost planning, value engineering, and budget monitoring throughout project lifecycle.
• Manage contract administration and procurement processes.
• Evaluate variations, claims, and change orders and advise clients accordingly.
• Collaborate with project teams, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure accurate cost control.
• Monitor project costs, provide regular reports, and suggest cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in a consultancy setting.
• Proven experience with high-rise building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC, NEC, or local standards).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office.

Preferred:

• Professional accreditation (RICS, CIOB, or equivalent).
• Experience working in UAE or GCC construction project
