We're Hiring: Senior Quantity Surveyor for Luxury Fit-Out Projects

ALEC FITOUT is seeking a specialized Senior Quantity Surveyor who will be responsible for overseeing all financial and contractual aspects of the project. You will play a critical role in ensuring the project is completed within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

• Please note that this role will be assigned to ALEC FITOUT projects located in the UAE & KSA.
• The position requires a six-day working week , which is mandatory for all site-based roles.
• Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain a work visa for UAE or KSA.

Your Role:

• Manage commercial and contractual aspects of luxury fit-out projects.
• Develop and maintain tender budgets and procurement strategies.
• Lead subcontractor tendering, negotiations, and manage project claims.
• Oversee cost control, progress invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Lead and mentor the commercial team for successful project delivery.

What You’ll Need:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
• 8+ years’ experience, with 5+ years in luxury interior fit-out projects.
• Proven skills in contract management, cost control, and subcontractor management.
• Strong commercial awareness, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English
