As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile and challenging projects, making a significant impact in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of quantity surveying for our projects
• Lead a team of quantity surveyors and provide guidance and support
• Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation
• Conduct cost control and value engineering activities to optimize project costs
• Review subcontractor and supplier documentation and performance
• Resolve contractual disputes and claims with contractors
• Prepare and present reports on project costs and progress
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the civil engineering sector
• Professional membership or certification in quantity surveying is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management principles
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
