Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with at least 5 years of proven experience in luxury interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost planning, budgeting, procurement, and financial control across high-end projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports.
• Lead tendering processes, contract negotiations, and procurement.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations, variations, and claims.
• Ensure accurate measurement and valuation of works.
• Provide regular cost updates and financial advice to management and clients.
• Work closely with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement, and cost control.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and QS-related software.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Milan, Italy.
• Fluency in English; Italian language skills will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
