Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Prepare and review cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
• Conduct detailed cost analysis and provide advice on cost control and value engineering.
• Manage contract administration, variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Monitor project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost reporting.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure accurate cost management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior QS team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant QS experience, preferably in large-scale construction projects in Qatar.
• Proven experience in pre- and post-contract cost management.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, construction methods, and materials.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in relevant QS software and MS Office.
