Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for 2 Senior Quantity Surveyors for full-time, on-site positions based in Ras Al Khaimah. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling post-contract commercial activities, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably within a consultancy environment
• Minimum 8 years of UAE or GCC experience
• Proficiency in cost control and cost management
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work on-site in Ras Al Khaimah
• Professional certification (e.g., RICS, MRICS, or equivalent QS qualification) is a plus

• Senior Structural Engineer: 5 years (Required)
