Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Working on cost estimates, budgets, and financial plans for construction projects
• Performing quantity takeoffs from 2D drawings
• Creating Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and tender documentation
• Monitoring project costs, forecasting cash flows, and managing variations
• Conducting risk analysis and advising on cost-effective alternatives
• Evaluating contractor bids and overseeing procurement
• Ensuring projects comply with financial regulations and contractual obligations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
