Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in quantity surveying, cost control, variation/claims management, and measurement for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and verify quantity take-offs and BOQs.
• Evaluate variations, claims, and change orders.
• Prepare and review interim payment applications.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial progress.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Maintain cost records and prepare commercial reports.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and project specifications.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS) and local industry standards.
• Experience in pre- and post-contract QS functions.
• Proficient in measurement standards and cost control software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be in Qatar with a transferable visa.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Pay: QAR9,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
