Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong expertise in residential
high-rise construction projects. The role involves complete ownership of billing, cost control,
subcontractor management, and financial monitoring across multiple towers.
Key Responsibilities
•
Preparation and verification of detailed BOQs
• Contractor & subcontractor RA billing certification
• Cost analysis and budget monitoring tower-wise
•
Rate analysis and negotiation with vendors
•
Handling extra items, variation claims, and change orders
•
Material reconciliation and wastage monitoring
• Coordination with site execution and accounts teams
• Cash flow forecasting and project cost reporting
•
Final account settlement with subcontractors
Required Skills & Qualifications
•
B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 8–12 years experience in residential apartment projects
•
Strong exposure to high-rise billing and reconciliation
•
Excellent command over MS Excel (Advanced level mandatory)
•
Experience in rate analysis and contract management
•
Strong negotiation and analytical skills
Role: Junior Quantity Surveyor

Salary Range: ■30,000 – ■50,000 per month Role Overview We are looking for a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to support billing, quantity take-offs, and documentation activities for residential high-rise construction projects. Key Responsibilities • Quantity take-off from drawings • Assist in preparation of BOQs • Support RA billing and measurement verification • Assist in material reconciliation • Maintain billing records and documentation • Coordinate with site engineers for measurement tracking • Support Senior QS in cost tracking activities Required Skills & Qualifications • B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering • 2–5 years experience in residential construction • Basic knowledge of BOQs and billing • Good knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD • Ability to understand construction drawings • Willingness to learn and grow

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
