As our project pipeline expands, we are strengthening our commercial & cost control teams with both mid level Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors. Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Experience: 7–10 years (minimum 7)

What you’ll do

You’ll support the commercial success of your assigned packages by delivering accurate quantities, clean documentation, and reliable cost data.

Your responsibilities include:

• Detailed quantity take offs, BoQs, measurement sheets
• Monthly valuations, remeasurement, and evidence collation for payment applications
• Tracking variations & changes, maintaining logs, preparing data for Senior QS review
• Supporting procurement with material take offs, RFQs, and delivery reconciliations
• Conducting site measurements and reconciling with drawings
• Maintaining strong document control, revision accuracy, and auditable cost records

You’ll thrive if you bring:

• Bachelors in QS or Civil Engineering
• 7–10 years QS experience in building construction, ideally villas or mid/high rise
• Proficiency in Excel + QS/take off tools
• Strong numeracy, discipline in documentation, and comfort working in fast delivery environments
• Working knowledge of FIDIC is a plus at this level

This role is ideal for QS professionals who enjoy precision, structure, and close coordination with site and procurement teams.

Senior Quantity Surveyor (Senior QS)

Experience: 10–18 years total, incl. 5-7+ years as Senior QS

What you’ll do

You’ll take full commercial ownership of major project packages and play a critical role in cost control, risk management, and contractual compliance.

Your responsibilities include:

• End to end commercial management, cost reporting, and client payment certifications
• Managing variations, claims, EOTs, and prolongation cost assessments
• Leading contractual correspondence (internal & external)
• Overseeing QS outputs and mentoring junior QSs (depending on project)
• Balancing office based commercial review with site visits to validate progress
• Coordinating closely with project managers to mitigate commercial risk across multiple sites

You’ll thrive if you bring:

• Bachelors in QS or Civil Engineering
• 15+ years total experience, 10+ years in UAE
• Strong background with main contractors
• Deep command of FIDIC, claims, contractual correspondence
• Track record delivering high rise, villas, or large scale residential projects
• Strong commercial judgment, stakeholder management, and comfort with high accountability
• MRICS/chartered QS is a plus but not mandatory

This role suits commercially mature professionals who can manage complexity across multiple active projects and operate confidently under pressure.
