Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai & Abu Dhabi for a Senior Quantity Surveyor. The primary responsibilities include managing and controlling project costs, preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), cost planning and reporting, and ensuring that projects are completed within their allocated budgets. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will collaborate with project teams to monitor financial operations and provide comprehensive cost management to achieve project objectives effectively.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of post-contract experience in the fit-out sector
• Strong knowledge of cost management, variations, and contract administration
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Willingness to travel to our Abu Dhabi office as required
