Senior Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in quantity surveying of construction projects.
• At least 8 years of experience in projects of similar nature and size.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, BOQ preparation, tendering, contract administration, and project cost control.
• Proficient in industry-standard quantity surveying software and tools.
• Experience in handling large-scale construction projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• GCC/Qatar experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review BOQs, estimates, and tender documents.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and variations.
• Evaluate subcontractor claims and quotations.
• Prepare interim valuations and final accounts.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project teams.
• Ensure commercial and contractual compliance throughout project execution.

Pay: QAR9,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per hour
