Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor – Fit-Out & Marble
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: AED 10,000 – 12,000 per month

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in Fit-Out and Marble projects to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have extensive UAE experience in quantity surveying, cost control, contract administration, and project budgeting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for fit-out and marble works.
• Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings.
• Prepare and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare interim valuations, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve cost-effective solutions.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and management reports.
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks while maximizing project profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of UAE experience in Quantity Surveying.
• Mandatory experience in Fit-Out and Marble projects.
• Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, BOQs, estimation, and contract administration.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity surveying software.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

• Immediate joiners or candidates with a cancelled visa will be preferred.
• Experience working with reputed Fit-Out or Marble contracting companies in the UAE.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
