Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Engineer – Civil

We are seeking an experienced Senior QS Engineer – Civil with strong UAE main contractor experience in building and warehouse projects. Must have team leadership capabilities . The role involves managing quantity take-offs, interim payments, variation claims, cost control, and final account settlement to ensure projects are delivered within budget and contractual requirements.
QS -Civil

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and certify interim payments, material on-site valuations, and variation claims
• Conduct BOQ comparison (Tender vs IFC/BP drawings) and quantity take-offs
• Manage variation submissions, contractual correspondence, and FIDIC-based claims
• Verify subcontractor invoices and monitor cost control & budget variance
• Support final account closure and bank guarantee release
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Cost Control teams on project financial performance QS -Civil

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is a must.
• 10 years’ UAE experience (must have worked as Main Contractor) with at least 6 years in a senior QS role
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, variation management, and final account settlement
• Experience in building/warehouse construction projects preferred
• Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, and ERP systems QS -Civil

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
