We are looking for a Senior Real Estate Operations Director (m/f) who can take full ownership of our real estate operations strategy. This is not simply about managing buildings—you will be driving operational performance, portfolio optimization, tenant satisfaction, and asset value enhancement across our premium commercial and residential properties.

You will lead a high-performing operations team, coordinate with finance, leasing, engineering, and executive leadership, and ensure our developments operate at the highest standards of efficiency, profitability, and service excellence. You will be the strategic voice for operational excellence in every major business decision.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Operations Leadership:
Oversee daily operations of commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties, ensuring maximum efficiency, occupancy performance, and service quality.

Asset Performance Management:
Drive operational KPIs, profitability targets, budget performance, and long-term asset optimization strategies.

Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor property managers, facilities leaders, and operations teams. Conduct performance reviews and build a culture of accountability and excellence.

Tenant & Client Experience:
Strengthen tenant relationships, improve service standards, and ensure premium client satisfaction across all managed properties.

Strategic Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
Manage relationships with contractors, service providers, consultants, investors, and senior leadership while ensuring operational compliance and business alignment.

What We Are Looking For?

Experience:
10+ years in real estate operations, property management, or asset management, with at least 4+ years in a senior leadership or director-level role.

Leadership Background:
Proven experience managing large property portfolios, operational teams, and high-value commercial or residential developments.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field. MBA or professional certifications are highly valued.

Language Skills:
Fluent English is required. Arabic is highly preferred for regional stakeholder engagement.

Mindset:
You are strategic, commercially driven, and operationally focused. You know how to balance tenant satisfaction, asset performance, and long-term investment value while leading teams with confidence.
