Working closely with the team heads to understand the key imperatives.

Execute strategies in agreement with the top-level management of how to create the talent pipeline.
Develop, drive and execute comprehensive staffing strategies designed to recruit candidates for Microsoft Cloud Computing Technology business leveraging talent sourcing, competitive research, and industry knowledge.
Extracting the pool of candidates from various jo boards and managing the database.
Helping business understand the pan India availability of resources, cost and recruitment strategies for the same.
Preparing Job Description for the open positions.
Pre-screen resumes and conduct phone screens with candidates.
Scheduling interviews and sending assignments/test to the candidates.
Regular follow up with the candidates till he joins.
Walk-in-management for bulk/mass hiring, handling pool campus drives and taking preliminary interviews of candidates.
Managing recruitment life cycle end to end. (from initial screening, on-boarding till exit process).
Ensure proper documentation and file management for all functional operations including maintaining the personal files of all employees, probation/ confirmation letters, etc., and prepare functional MIS.
