Job Summary
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for the full recruitment life-cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding candidates across various functions (clinical, aesthetic, administrative). You will ensure staffing needs are met in a timely manner, maintaining high quality of hire, and supporting HR initiatives to promote positive work culture and employee retention.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with clinic heads / department heads to understand staffing needs across branches.
Create, post, and manage job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other platforms.
Source candidates via CV databases, social networks (LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, etc.
Screen resumes, conduct phone / video / in-person interviews.
Coordinate with line managers for final interviews.
Conduct background & reference checks.
Present offers, negotiate terms, and complete hire paperwork.
Onboard new employees, ensuring smooth transition into the organization.
Maintain candidate pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.
Track recruitment metrics (time to hire, time to fill, cost per hire, source of hire etc.) and report regularly.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws & regulations across different states / countries (for Dubai location).
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing (e.g. social media, job fairs).
Maintain strong candidate experience through timely communication.
Collaborate with HR team on retention strategies, performance tracking, etc.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Prior experience (2-4 years or more) in recruitment, preferably in healthcare / aesthetic / clinical environment.
Strong sourcing skills, familiarity with digital recruitment tools, job portals, LinkedIn.
Experience handling hiring for multiple locations/branches.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Good negotiation, influencing and people skills.
Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple roles/hiring demands simultaneously.
Ability to travel between branches as per hiring needs.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance in India, and if possible exposure to UAE regulations.
Preferred
Experience in clinics / medical / aesthetic industry.
Exposure to recruiting clinical staff (doctors, surgeons, nurses) and non-clinical (front desk, admin, marketing).
Multilingual ability (local languages) would be a plus.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
