Collaborative, humble, high-performing team

Competitive pay + 30+ days of paid time off

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter who’s hands-on, process-driven, and passionate about connecting great people with meaningful opportunities. You’ll play a key role in scaling our global team, with 30+ new hires planned for 2026 across Tech, Revenue, and Operations.

You’ll own the full recruitment process — from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding — while ensuring every candidate has a world-class experience. You’ll use tools like Recruitee, Brainner AI, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Asana to manage hiring efficiently and collaborate asynchronously with hiring managers across LATAM, North America, EMEA, and APAC.

This isn’t a 9-to-5 role, but it’s built for balance — you’ll keep flexibility to accommodate interviews across time zones while maintaining an 8-hour workday.

What You’ll Do

Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and build tailored recruitment strategies for each role

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management — across all levels and departments

Manage and optimize our ATS (Recruitee) and sourcing tools (Brainner AI) to ensure a smooth and scalable hiring process

Develop creative sourcing strategies through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and talent communities

Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs

Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate both technical capability and cultural alignment

  • Drive process consistency using tools like Asana, Slack, and Confluence to track, communicate, and document progress

Partner with hiring managers and executives to guide interview best practices, scorecard use, and selection decisions

Collaborate with the People & Culture team to ensure smooth onboarding and handoff after offer acceptance

Contribute to employer branding and talent marketing efforts to strengthen Time Doctor’s global presence

Track recruitment metrics (pipeline conversion, time-to-hire, candidate satisfaction) to identify and implement improvements

Ensure compliance with hiring policies, documentation standards, and local labor regulations

Stay updated on recruitment trends and tools to continuously improve processes and efficiency

What Success Looks Like

You consistently hire great people, improve hiring efficiency through data and process, and create a candidate experience that reflects Time Doctor’s culture — simple, transparent, and human.

What You Bring

5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in fast-paced or startup environments, hiring for both technical and non-technical roles

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously

  • Proven experience owning recruitment processes from start to finish — ensuring clarity, consistency, and timely progress

Data-driven approach to decision-making, using analytics to track and improve hiring outcomes

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable working asynchronously using tools like Slack, Asana, and Confluence

Experience partnering with senior leaders and executives, balancing influence with collaboration

Expertise with sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Recruitee, and Brainner AI

Skilled at designing structured interviews and scorecards to ensure fairness and consistency

Experience recruiting across global regions and understanding local hiring practices

Growth mindset — open to feedback, always looking for ways to improve
