Senior Recruiter

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, identify top talent, and support the growth of our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing, screening, and hiring skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct interviews and assessments, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics.
• Support employer branding initiatives and talent acquisition campaigns.
• Mentor and guide junior recruiters, sharing best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–6+ years of recruitment experience. Experience in a recruitment agency is a plus.
• Experience handling UAE clients or international recruitment is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, social media platforms, and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet recruitment targets.

Preferred:

• Experience with ATS systems and HR software.
• Familiarity with local labor laws and employment regulations (Kerala, UAE, or India).
