Recruiter – Remote (U.S. Hours), Full-Time
Department: HR & Talent Acquisition – Ahmed Solutions
Compensation: 50,000 to 80,000 PKR per month (experience-based) + performance bonuses
Location: Remote (Pakistan)
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Shift Timing: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM PKT (1-hour break)
Commitment: Minimum 6–12 months preferred

As we continue to scale, we are expanding our HR & Recruitment Department to consistently hire top talent for our U.S. and international teams.
You will play a key role in building high-performing teams—SDRs, Account Managers, Media Buyers, Designers, Developers, and Operations staff.
Role Purpose
The Recruiter manages the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating candidates, and coordinating final interview rounds with department heads.
You will be the first point of contact for candidates and will also conduct initial interviews to assess communication, skills, professionalism, and cultural fit.
This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and confident speaking with candidates daily.
Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesCandidate Sourcing & Outreach
- Post job openings across LinkedIn, Facebook groups, WhatsApp communities, and job portals.
- Actively search for candidates and initiate outreach to qualified profiles.
- Maintain a consistent flow of applications and build an ongoing talent pipeline.
Screening & Initial Evaluation
- Review resumes, portfolios, sample work, and application forms.
- Conduct first-round interviews via Zoom to assess:
- Communication ability
- Technical skill fit
- Professional attitude
- Shift compatibility (U.S. hours)
- Stability and long-term potential
- Evaluate candidates objectively and shortlist only high-quality profiles.
Interview Management
- Schedule second-round interviews with department leads or the CEO.
- Ensure all candidates join on time, prepared, and following instructions.
- Track interview outcomes and maintain clear communication with all parties.
Recruitment Coordination & Admin
- Keep hiring trackers updated with statuses, notes, and interview feedback.
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate onboarding steps for selected candidates.
- Assist HR Manager with documentation, guidelines, and candidate inputs.
- Follow structured SOPs for every role’s recruitment pipeline.
Talent Pipeline Development
- Build a database of candidates for SDR, Account Manager, Media Buyer, Designer, and Developer roles.
- Maintain relationships with strong applicants for future openings.
- Track performance of newly hired candidates during probation for quality assurance.
HR Support & Department Collaboration
- Participate in weekly HR strategy meetings.
- Help refine recruitment processes and improve documentation.
- Assist in maintaining a professional, high-performance hiring environment.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
You will be measured on:
- Number of candidates sourced weekly
- First-round interviews conducted
- Quality of shortlisted candidates
- Successful hires and retention during probation
- Interview attendance rate
- Speed of filling open positions
- Organization of hiring trackers & documentation
- Communication quality with candidates and internal teams
Required Skills & CapabilitiesCore Skills
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Confident interviewer with good judgment and communication clarity.
- Ability to identify strong vs weak candidates quickly.
- High attention to detail when assessing resumes, portfolios, and communication.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Proactive personality—capable of sourcing talent without relying only on incoming applicants.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, LinkedIn, job portals, WhatsApp, Zoom, and HR tools.
Experience
- Prior HR or recruitment experience is a strong plus (not mandatory).
- Experience hiring for night-shift or U.S.-based roles is highly beneficial.
- Understanding of roles like SDRs, Account Managers, Designers, and Developers is a bonus.

Compensation
