We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter (IT/ Nan-IT to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple domains and a proven track record of successfully hiring diverse professionals
CREATE
- Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events,and professionalcommunities Craft compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific hiring requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
NURTURE
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensurea positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Develop a strong talent pipeline for recurring and niche roles across IT and Non-IT verticals.
- Conduct initial screening. evaluate skills, and align candidates with organizational requirements.
MANAGE
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process- from sourcing and screening to scheduling interviews, conducting salary discussions, and ensuring smooth onboarding.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to drive recruitment goals effectively.
- Maintain and update recruitment dashboerds and ensure accurate reporting through Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Continuously assessing and improving recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:
- Proven experience as a recruiter (minimum 5 years handling IT and Nonhiring.
- IT In-depth understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies conmonly in used in software development, IT infrastructure,and related fields.
- Experience hiring for corporate, sales, operations, supply chain, and functional roles in Non-IT sectors Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to builP rapport with candidates and hire managers
- . Excellent time management and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
