General Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles for the US market, with a strong focus on hiring across all levels — Junior, Mid, Senior, Manager, Director, and leadership roles. The ideal candidate is a proactive talent advisor with deep sourcing expertise, strong stakeholder management skills, and proven experience working in US time zones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and execute end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles across Technology and Non- Technology functions.
  • Manage hiring across all levels, including Junior, Mid-level, Senior, Manager, Director, and leadership roles.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, role expectations, and hiring priorities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing market insights, hiring trends, and realistic talent mapping for the US market.
  • Drive proactive talent sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, US job portals, referrals, networking, and advanced X-ray search techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Manage offer discussions, compensation alignment, and closing strategies for senior candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes, documentation, and US hiring best practices.
  • Collaborate with HR and TA leadership on continuous improvement of hiring strategies and processes.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • 5–8 years of hands-on recruitment experience, with significant exposure to US hiring.
  • Proven experience hiring across both Tech and Non-Tech roles.
  • Strong track record of recruiting for senior-level and leadership positions (Manager, Senior Manager, Director, etc.).
  • Experience working in US time zones is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, US job portals, and X-ray search.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and manage expectations.
  • Strong understanding of the US talent market, hiring practices, and competitive landscapes.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup and manage multiple priorities independently.
