Senior Recruiter

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Associate will support the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely hiring and a positive candidate experience. This role requires strong sourcing skills, coordination ability, and an understanding of hiring trends across various functions.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry to mid-level roles (sourcing to onboarding).

· Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.

· Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and internal databases.

· Screen and shortlist candidates based on job criteria and cultural fit.

· Schedule interviews, manage coordination, and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.

· Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports.

· Conduct initial HR discussions on salary expectations, notice periods, and role suitability.

· Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.

· Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

· Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages of the hiring process.

· Support onboarding and induction of new hires, when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Master’s Degree in HR.

· 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

· Hands-on experience sourcing via job portals and LinkedIn.

· Strong understanding of hiring processes and recruitment metrics.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office tools.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in hiring for specific industries (IT, retail, manufacturing, FMCG, etc.—can be customized).

· Knowledge of employer branding and social media recruitment strategies.

· Ability to manage high-volume hiring (if applicable to your sector).
