Job Summary

The Senior Recruiter leads full lifecycle recruiting and serves as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders to secure top talent aligned with organizational goals. Focuses on complex and high-impact roles, including high-volume hiring initiatives and project-driven recruitment efforts, while consistently achieving accelerated time-to-fill targets. Designs and executes customized recruitment strategies across licensed clinical, professional, niche technical, and specialized leadership positions. Leverages LinkedIn, Indeed, and SeekOut to meet evolving workforce needs at TriWest.


Education & Experience

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Five (5) years of corporate full lifecycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience using a variety of sourcing methods such as LinkedIn campaigns, staffing/search partnerships, networking with special interest groups, and participating in virtual job fairs.
  • Proven success in high-intensity, metric-driven environments focused on sourcing, time-to-fill, hiring volume, compliance, and continuous improvement through shared best practices.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Health Administration, or related field
  • Experience recruiting executive, technical, clinical, and high-volume positions.
  • Background working with a government-contracted organization.
  • Exposure to hiring candidates who require Department of Defense background checks.
  • Knowledge of hiring practices under the Service Contract Act.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provides regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on open requisitions and progress toward hiring targets.
  • Executes full lifecycle recruiting from sourcing through offer, ensures documentation accuracy, and provides an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Partners with hiring leaders to ensure compliant selection practices, timely interviewing, and adherence to SLAs to enhance the candidate experience.
  • Conducts phone screens; ensures hiring managers receive timely and well-organized interview slates of pre-screened candidates; reviews candidate profiles with managers prior to interviews.
  • Leverages Predictive Index assessments to advise hiring managers on candidate alignment with role competencies.
  • Develops job offers in accordance with internal procedures and in partnership with leadership; presents complete employment packages, including salary, benefits, contingencies, and first-day details.
  • Builds creative sourcing strategies and maintains talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, prioritizing outreach to veterans, military spouses, and military family members while promoting TriWest opportunities. Explores new recruiting channels including profession-specific websites, college campuses, medical associations, and community networking groups.
  • Participates in career fairs, sometimes during weekends or after hours; actively networks to increase awareness of TriWest employment opportunities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
