Senior Recruiter

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years recruitment experience
• Strong background in real estate developer hiring (off-plan sales, construction, engineering, project management roles)
• Solid understanding of UAE labor market and real estate talent pool
• Experience hiring for high-volume and senior-level positions
• Ability to manage full-cycle recruitment independently
• Strong stakeholder management with department heads and leadership teams

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for real estate development roles
• Source and headhunt specialized talent in competitive markets
• Manage client hiring needs across multiple departments
• Ensure fast turnaround without compromising quality
• Maintain strong pipeline for critical and urgent roles

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per hour

Experience:

• Real Estate Developer: 5 years (Required)
