Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years recruitment experience
- Strong background in real estate developer hiring (off-plan sales, construction, engineering, project management roles)
- Solid understanding of UAE labor market and real estate talent pool
- Experience hiring for high-volume and senior-level positions
- Ability to manage full-cycle recruitment independently
- Strong stakeholder management with department heads and leadership teams
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for real estate development roles
- Source and headhunt specialized talent in competitive markets
- Manage client hiring needs across multiple departments
- Ensure fast turnaround without compromising quality
- Maintain strong pipeline for critical and urgent roles
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per hour
