Senior Consultant - Technology Recruitment

About the role

We're looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Dubai team and build a high-performing, contingent-focused desk across the AI, Data, and emerging technology markets in the Middle East.

You'll take ownership of business development, client management, and talent delivery while growing your personal and company brand in a start-up style environment within a well-established group. This is a hands on, billing-focused role with significant autonomy and scope for impact.

What you'll be doing

• Actively win and deliver on client mandates across the Middle East tech market
• Drive business development and market penetration
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with leading technology clients
• Implement performance strategies to hit and exceed revenue targets
• Source, engage, and place top tier candidates within AI, Data, and future tech
• Grow personal and company brand across the Middle East through market activity and networking

What we're looking for

• Proven recruitment billing experience in the Middle East technology market
• Track record of winning and managing accounts
• Confident, proactive business developer with a commercial mindset
• Experience hitting targets and driving revenue independently
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Personal accountability, drive, and resilience
