We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Key Account Executive to manage and grow our relationships with key clients in the electronics and home appliances sector. As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction with our strategic accounts. This role requires a proactive and self-motivated professional with in-depth knowledge of the electronics and home appliances industry in the UAE, and strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts in the electronics and home appliances sector.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities within assigned key accounts.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to create competitive advantages and business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand product offerings and increase market share.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts and agreements to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Regularly monitor account performance and provide detailed sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest products, features, and innovations within the electronics and home appliances industry.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on customer preferences, market trends, and product innovations.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Manage the negotiation and renewal of contracts with key clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in key account management or sales within the electronics and home appliances sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the electronics and home appliances market in the UAE, including trends, competition, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and other sales tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
