The Opportunity

We are looking for ambitious recruiters to join our San Diego team and build markets across the life sciences industry.

This is a 360/full-cycle recruitment role including business development with a warm desk, established client relationships and significant opportunity to scale. You will have the autonomy to develop your own niche while partnering with some of the most exciting and innovative companies in the sector.

Our work spans the full life sciences value chain, including:

• Research & Development
• Regulatory Affairs
• Quality Assurance and Quality Control
• Clinical Development and Operations
• Data, AI and Digital Health
• Engineering and CQV
• Manufacturing and Technical Operations
• Medical Affairs and Drug Safety
• Commercial and Market Access

You will be working closely with companies developing life-changing therapies, advanced diagnostics, and digital healthcare technologies , helping them build the teams required to bring innovations to market.
