Job Title: Recruitment Manager - Contract Labour

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to oversee the hiring and management of

contract labourers across various project sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on

experience in contract staffing, vendor coordination, compliance, and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for contract labourers, including sourcing,

screening, onboarding, and deployment.

 Coordinate with project heads and site supervisors to understand manpower requirements and

ensure timely fulfilment.

 Handle third-party vendors and maintain records of labour supply contracts, renewals, and

documentation.

 Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory norms, and company policies.

 Maintain an updated database of all contract workers, attendance, and wage records.

 Coordinate with the HR and Accounts teams for payroll inputs, attendance validation, and

payment processing.

 Conduct periodic site visits to monitor attendance, performance, and worker welfare.

 Address and resolve any grievances or issues related to contract manpower.

 Prepare and share manpower reports, dashboards, and MIS with management.

Qualifications & Experience:

 Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.

 Familiarity with Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, wage laws, and statutory

compliance.

 Strong coordination and communication skills.

 Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
